OUR METHOD
We based our approach on the PDCA cycle (Or Deming Wheel).
It is a reference used in Lean thinking for continuous improvement and giving the framework for constant iteration of improvement.
Deming wheel is also used in quality management and referenced in the ISO 9001 standard.
OUR PROCESS
Our process has four steps, divided to give the customer the possibility to adapt to its needs, and each component can be done either together, in sequence or independently from each other (with some customization). At each step of the process, the client can choose to go on its own or to continue with us.
