ERIC DUCROIX
Director & Senior Consultant
Eric is a Senior Operations Executive with significant experience in Logistics Operations & Supply Chain Management, having spent 15 years working in complex and multicultural environments in Africa and the Middle East. He extensively worked on humanitarian Supply Chains with several organizations, giving him a deep understanding of the development context.
Eric led the development of regional operations in international Freight Forwarding in the private sector. He provided strategic leadership and operational management for 3 offices operating in the whole East Africa region and beyond. He also worked with various customers to develop their Supply Chain visibility and improve efficiency.
He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK and worked with Schneider Electric East Africa on the uncertainties of their Supply Chain as a dissertation subject.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has developed an interest and understanding of the Lean & Six Sigma methodologies through research and various projects. With Kaizen Consult, he is now supporting organizations with operations in Africa improving their Supply chain and operations, using the Lean principles.
